Please review the following terms and conditions, which outline the responsibilities, policies, and procedures for all services and events provided, including Akashic Records readings, Reiki Restorative sessions, Tarot, Sound Baths, holistic services, and events.

General Terms

By booking any service or event with The Conscious Crow, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

All services and events are for personal, spiritual, and holistic guidance purposes only. They are not intended as medical, legal, or financial advice. You are encouraged to seek professional advice where appropriate.

The Conscious Crow reserves the right to refuse service, participation, or terminate a session/event if there is any inappropriate behavior or violation of these terms.

Appointments, Services, & Events

All sessions (including virtual and in-person appointments) and events must be booked in advance through our scheduling system or by contacting us directly.

The Conscious Crow offers both virtual and in-person options for services and events. Please ensure you are available and prepared for your session or event based on the type of service requested.

Each service and event is tailored to your unique needs. It is recommended to come with an open mind and willingness to engage fully in the session or event.

Payments & Fees

All services and events are priced as listed at the time of booking. Payments are required at the time of booking to secure your appointment or event spot.

Payment methods accepted include [insert payment methods, e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank transfer].

Any special offers, discounts, or promotions are subject to their own specific terms and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Clients and event attendees must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel their appointment or event booking for a full refund.

If cancellation is made within 24 hours of the appointment or event time, a refund may not be provided. However, this will be considered on a case-by-case basis at The Conscious Crow’s discretion.

Rescheduling Policy:

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule their appointment without penalty.

If an appointment is rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a rescheduling fee of 50% of the service price will apply.

Event Rescheduling:

If an event is rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the option to transfer your ticket to the new date or receive a full refund.

No-Show Policy:

Failure to attend the session or event without prior notice will result in the full session or event fee being charged. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, the session will still end at the scheduled time. Full payment for the session will still be required.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, The Conscious Crow reserves the right to cancel the session, and the full session fee will be charged.

For events, please arrive on time as indicated in the event details. Late arrivals may not be accommodated, depending on the nature of the event.

Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions will be kept strictly confidential. Your personal details, insights from readings, and energy work will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law.

Disclaimer

The services and events provided by The Conscious Crow are intended to support your personal spiritual and emotional journey. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or financial advice.

The Conscious Crow is not liable for any decisions or actions you take following a session or event.

Amendments

The Conscious Crow reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients and event attendees will be notified of any changes before their next appointment or event.

By booking and attending your session or event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
