Sessions are available in person at Awaken Yourself in Everett, WA. They are also available virtually via Zoom & e-mail support.

Working with me is collaborative and grounded. Sessions unfold in a way that honors your pace, your agency, and what you are ready to explore. This is a judgment-free space where you are met as you are.
I hold space for your process while offering intuitive guidance and healing support as needed. My role is not to direct or fix, but to walk alongside you by creating a container where your own awareness, wisdom, and healing can emerge.
Whether we are working together in person, virtually, or through written sessions, the space is held with care and integrity. Time is given for grounding and integration, and you are supported in making sense of what arises during and after our work together.
You do not need prior experience with shamanic or energy work. Only a willingness to arrive as you are.
