Triple Goddess Within Ceremonial Soak
What is a Triple Goddess Within Ceremonial Soak?
The Triple Goddess Within was created to honor every season of your journey.
We move through seasons and cycles - from cherished beginnings, to deepening, to transitions and endings - and sometimes, we experience them all within a single day. This melt was designed to hold each part with care.
She is the Maiden: the part of you that begins again. Fresh energy, new ideas, the courage to start. All of the possibilities and growth are to be honored.
She is the Mother: the part of you that tends. Deep in your power, rooted in capability, nurturing your purpose. Honoring the alignment and devotion that your own journey requires.
She is the Crone: the part of you that knows. The wisdom earned through transformation allows release and medicine to come forward. All of the knowledge and guidance rising to a pinnacle of your own divinity. We honor the experiences of endings.
Each melt is handcrafted with intention, Reiki infused, and blended with plant allies chosen specifically for their ability to support energetic clearing and soul restoration.
The Ceremonial Soak Collection has been created with ceremony front and center. Your moment in the bath can be a ceremony and this collection was created with that in mind.
Each ceremonial soak package includes 5 ceremonial soaks and 5 mini taper beeswax candles. These mini candles burn for roughly 20minutes and are a perfect addition to your ceremony. However, please be mindful of burning your candle and utilize a fire safe dish and never leave unattended.
What is so special about the plant allies?
Plant allies are more than just beauitiful herbs found in your garden. Plant allies are those with deep physical and spiritual medicine ready to support you. Rosemary, calendula, and mugwort were chosen specifically for Energy Reclamation.
Elderflower as the maiden represents the transition and boundaries between worlds. She is the portal of new beginnings offering sweetness in the contractions that brings forth new life. She is often seen at the very beginnings of spring offering us our own awakening - clearing the mental fog to see clearly what we desire.
Raspberry leaf as the mother has been used for centuries to support the womb, birth, and physical restoration. This ally emodies the energy of being held firmly while allowing the work of growing and tending takes hold. She reminds you that your power is not in spite of your devotion, but because of it.
Mugwort as the crone holds ancient wisdom, intuition, and the threshold of the unseen realms and lifes transitions. She has long been associated with dreamwork, shadow work, and accessing what lives beneath the surface. In this blend she is the part of you that has survived, integrated, and emerged wiser. She holds the medicine of every ending you have lived through.
Rose as the keeper of all offers us the ability to open our hearts and spirit to hold all of what we experiene in reverance. She offers us the protection of the thorn and the beauty and softness of the petals.
Utilizing this soak as a ceremony
What is a ceremony?
A ceremony is an intentional act. A conscious decision to step out of the autopilot of daily life and into something sacred, crossing a threshold of ordinary to extraordinary. This ceremony’s only requirement is your presense and your intentions to hold this time as sacred.
When you move through this ceremony with awareness, your bath becomes a space where all of who you are is welcome. The one who is beginning, the one who is tending, and the one who has walked through fire. The triple goddess within emerges.
This is not just a bath melt. This is an invitation to reclaim yourself.
Your Ceremony, Step by Step
Prepare your space & select your melt. You may feel called to dim the lights, light an included candle*, and put your phone away. You are creating your sacred space. Draw your bath with warm water. Then hold the melt in your hands and take a breath.
*Please be mindful of an open flame - a firesafe dish or plate is necessary to reduce hazard. Burn responsibly.
Hold the melt at your heart. Place the bath melt at your heart center with both hands. Close your eyes. Take three slow breaths and allow your body to begin to soften. Feel the weight of what you've been carrying. This is the moment you decide to set it down.
Set your intention. Ask yourself: What experience am I honoring today? Where could I use support? How can I allow the energy to transform me? Let the answers come naturally. You do not need to have it all figured out. Some days the intention is clear. Other days it is simply: I am present for the experience.
Blow a prayer and your intention into the melt. Bring the melt to your lips. Breath is life force, and when you breathe your intention into something, you are activating it. Blow slowly and deliberately into the melt as you speak or think your prayer.
Your prayer may look different for each season you are in within your journey. It’s okay if you do not have one!
Your prayer might sound like:
“Maiden within - allow the fog to clear away in order to see my desires more clearly”
“Mother within - where can I nurture myself more?”
“Crone within - where can I allow transition and endings to flow smoothly?”
There is no wrong way to pray. Speak from what is true for you right now.
Drop it in. With intention, place the melt into the water. Watch it begin to dissolve. Notice the color as it blooms, the scent as it rises. The herbs are waking up. The ceremony has begun.
Step in. Lower yourself into the water slowly. Allow your body to be held. You don't need to do anything right now. Just arrive.
Breathe. Allow the messages come forward that need to. Sometimes the message is to just “be”. Presense is powerful.
See yourself as the goddess within. Each one of us holds the power of each of the goddesses - it is up to us to see our experiences and transitions as what they are. May you honor each exerpience and begin to notice how each one of your experiences honor each one of the triple goddesses within you.
You may be tempted to reach for your phone but I encourage you to protect this time. This ceremony works best when you stay present with yourself. If silence feels like too much, that is okay. You may read, listen to soft music, a meditation, or an audiobook. What I ask is that you avoid scrolling, answering messages, or anything that pulls your energy back outward. You just worked to call it home. Let it settle.
Sit in silence for a minimum of five minutes. The included candle will burn for roughly 20minutes. From there, move however feels right. Below are some journal prompts you may want to sit with during your soak. You don't need to answer them all, or any at all. They are there for you if you would like to go deeper.
Step out with intention. Before you drain the tub, take a moment. Place your hands on your heart and take one final breath. Acknowledge where you are and what clarity came through. Acknowledge where tension has been replaced with hope and wisdom. Ackowledge the power you hold within your soul.
You may also gently scrub your skin with a washcloth or your hands to physically clear any energetic residue just before stepping out.
You may rinse with clean water to seal the ritual and signal to your body and spirit that the ceremony is complete. You may use handwashing as the simple act to close the ceremony.
Another option is to seal your energy with your favorite oil or lotion.
You are the triple goddess within - every experience highlighting all transitions - never forget how powerful you are.
